Quit smoking can be hard for a lot of people.I wasn’t for me.I quit smoking without any struggle.As an ex smoker I will give you some usefull typs that will help you to give up smoking.

  • Build self confidence. To me this is number one factor for success or failure.
  • Don’t confuse the word desire with willpower. This is very important.
  • Replace Negative Habits with Positive Ones If you currently react to stress with a cigarette, you will need to find something else that give you stress away.Sports has been my best positive habit,and will release the stress from give up smoking.
  • Reward Yourself. Set up a plan for your rewards. Definitely reward yourself after the first day, and the second, and the third. You can do the fourth if you want, but definitely after Week 1 and Week2. And month 1, and month 2. And 6 months and a year. Make them good rewards, that you’ll look forward to: CDs, books, DVDs, T-shirts, shoes, a massage, a bike, a dinner out at your favorite restaurant, a hotel stay … whatever you can afford. Even better: take whatever you would have spent on smoking each day, and put it in a jar. This is your Rewards Jar. Go crazy! Celebrate your every success! You deserve it.
  • If You Fall, Get Up. And Learn From Your Mistakes. Yes, we all fail. That does not mean we are failures, or that we can never succeed. If you fall, it’s not the end of the world. Get up, brush yourself off, and try again. I failed numerous times before succeeding. But you know what? Each of those failures taught me something. Well, sometimes I repeated the same mistakes several times, but eventually I learned. Figure out what your obstacles to success are, and plan to overcome them in your next quit. And don’t wait a few months until your next quit. Give yourself a few days to plan and prepare, commit fully to it, and go for it!
  • Admin that you have problem with addiction.You must have clear vision about you problem and plan how to get ride of it.There is many systems for give up smoking just choose the most proper one  for you.Make a plan and fallow  it.
  • Get support.Meat people that have or had the addiction  problem.For your mind will be a lot easy to admit that smoking is not something build  in your personality if you have examples in from of you.
  • Know the dangers from smoking and benefits that you will get after quitting.
  • Consider quit smoking products.Not evryone has to quit smoking  in “cold turkey” why.There are useful products abaiable to increase your odds of quitting.If this is your why then do it.
  • Think positive.This is the most important tip of all aspects of you life.If you have a positive, can-do attitude, as corny as it may sound, you will succeed. Trust me. It works.

We know that smoking is harmful for us, but still this is not enough to quit smoking.Those who have never tried to quit any habit don’t know how hard is to get rid of it.It is even more difficult than resist eatingsome sweet stuff like chocolates.And in the end we know that smoking is bad for health and that it is kind of illness but it seams that this is not enough.To know “why to quit smoking” and benefits is not enough.The most important thing is to do this.

Quit smoking and start playing sport is powerful strategy for a lot of reasons:

  • replacing of one habit with other is a lot easier then just removing it
  • in most cases stop smoking will case wight gain and spots are the best way to prevent that really and permanently
  • no more short breath is powerful feeling
  • combination from both give you opportunity to feel all the drawbacks of smoking after some kind of activity , this excellent boost for your motivation to quit smoking

Most important reason when you chose spot is to lake it personally.My advice is to take
aerobic spots.Aerobic sports are this ones with a lot breathing in them like swimming,walking ,jogging,tennis, soccer,bicycling ,skating, basketball ,skiing, dancing .
Swimming is considered to be the most appropriate kind of sport in this case.Just because your lungs work and it is not so hard for you to breath as if you were running or playing tennis.

Moreover  go in for sports can change your whole life and how you experience it.Try it.
